Heating & Cooling Stage for PS8
A heated/cooled stub for the Prober Shuttle PS8 — regulate sample temperature from −20 °C to +150 °C during probing, water-cooling-free.

Peltier, not plumbing#
The Micro Heating Cooling Stage (MHCS-PS) regulates sample temperature on the Prober Shuttle PS8 from −20 °C to +150 °C, holding the set point to 0.01 °C. Heating and cooling are Peltier-based, so there is no water loop and none of its vibration under the probe tips; the only additional hardware is a vacuum feedthrough. The stage itself is 70 mm across and 10 mm tall, and samples mount on the same standard pin stubs the shuttle already uses.
Profiles, recorded#
The included temperature controller and software drive custom temperature profiles while recording set point, power consumption and actual temperature. The live graph and the raw data both export for future reference — useful when a failure only appears at temperature and you need the thermal history alongside the electrical one.
