From 250 nm down to 5 nm, one shaft size#

Mesoscope probe tips are high-end, solid tungsten tips for the most demanding nanoprobing and nanomanipulation work. All of them share a 0.25 mm shaft, with tip radii spanning from 250 nm down to 5 nm — and below — enough range to move from routine contact work to the finest probing, on the Prober Shuttle as well as on the MM3A-EM micromanipulator, without changing shaft geometry.

Ready straight out of the vacuum sachet#

Each tip ships individually sealed in its own vacuum sachet and is ready to probe straight out of the package, with no initial conditioning or cleaning step before first contact. Kleindiek is the exclusive European distributor for Mesoscope tips.
